A Manhattan man was arrested while in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan today, February 16, 2024, around 1:49 PM.
Ronald Ince was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for violations of Pretrial Bond Supervision. The original charges were for distribution of a controlled substance causing death, possession with the intent to distribute Fentanyl, and use of commercial facility for drug transaction. Ince was issued a total bond of $500,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
