Upon arrival, officers located 58-year-old Don Stovall, who was later pronounced deceased.
As part of the investigation, RCPD executed a search warrant early Sunday morning in the 3600 block of Saddlehorn Trail in Ogden. Aiden Keener, 20, was arrested in connection with the incident on probable cause offenses of murder and kidnapping.
