   To assist the Riley County Police Department Honor Guard in serving your needs please complete this form as part of any request for the posting of the colors for a local event or conference. The Riley County Police Department attempts to accommodate most requests that support the mission of the Department and appreciates your patience during the review and approval process. As a general guideline we request at least 21 days’ advance notice of any event.   The Riley County Police Department Honor Guard can complete posting of the colors at the start of a conference/event but does not offer services to retire the colors at the closing of the conference. You will be invoiced for $100. This fee covers the cost associated with the presenting of colors. The fee must be paid in advance.
