Three Arrests Made in Aggravated Robbery Investigation

MANHATTAN, KAN. – The Riley County Police Department has arrested three suspects while investigating an aggravated robbery report which was filed on December 3, 2025.

Officers filed a report of aggravated robbery at approximately 5:19 p.m. on December 3, 2025 in the 700 block of Allen Road in Manhattan, KS. A 23-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported three unknown males battered him and stole a handgun. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $150.

After additional investigation into the incident, officers identified the three male suspects. 

Terrion Toliver, 18, of Manhattan was arrested on December 4, 2025, at approximately 11:56 p.m for Aggravated Robbery.  Toliver was issued a total bond of $150,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at this time.

Isaiah Ellis, 16, of Manhattan was arrested on December 4, 2025, at approximately 10:18 p.m for Aggravated Robbery.  Ellis was issued no bond and remains confined in the North Central Kansas Juvenile Detention Facility at this time.

Noah McFadden, 17, of Manhattan was arrested on December 5, 2025, at approximately 12:48 a.m for Aggravated Robbery.  McFadden was issued no bond and remains confined in the North Central Kansas Juvenile Detention Facility at this time.
