Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report of theft by deception on November 22, 2024, at approximately 8:28 PM in Manhattan. Officers listed a 42-year-old male as the victim when it was reported he purchased a mobile home from a known subject and access/ownership of the trailer had not been transferred. Total loss associated with this report is $3,500.
Richard Goodrum, Jr., 29, of Junction City, was arrested on November 22, 2024, at approximately 9:31 AM on K-18. Goodrum was arrested on the probable cause offenses of interference with an LEO, distribution of marijuana 25-450 grams, taxation- no drug stamp, possession of marijuana with 1 prior conviction, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, maximum speed limits, attempted interreference with an LEO. Total bond was set at $10,000. Goodrum was not confined at the time of this report.
Derek Blea, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 22, 2024, at approximately 1:00 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Blea was arrested on the probable cause offenses of violation of the Offender Registration Act x 3. Total bond was set at $12,000. Blea was not confined at the time of this report.
Malcolm Wooten, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 22, 2024, at approximately 1:40 PM. Wooten was arrested on the probable cause offenses of criminal threat and possession of marijuana- 2 or more prior convictions. Total bond was set at $50,000. Wooten was confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of aggravated burglary, criminal restraint, intimidation of a victim, and domestic battery on November 23, 2024, at approximately 11:08 PM in Manhattan. Due to the nature of this report, no other details will be released at this time.
Officers filed a report of an injury accident on November 23, 2024, at approximately 11:34 PM at the corner of Kimball Ave and College Ave. Officers report Jamie Dolan, 46, of Manhattan, was crossing the street when Brian Anderson, 55, of Manhattan, turned right on a green light and did not see Dolan. Anderson's 2019 Mercedes struck Dolan. Dolan was transported by EMS to Via Christi for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Michael Metzger, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 23, 2024, at approximately 5:10 PM in the 700 block of N. Manhattan Ave. Metzger was arrested on the probable cause offenses of theft of property or services and computer unlawful acts. Total bond was set at $26,000. Metzger was confined at the time of this report.
Allyson Gann, 37, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 24, 2024, at approximately 10:20 AM in the 600 block of Poyntz Ave. Gann was arrested on the probable cause offenses of criminal damage to property, possession of opiate/opium/narcotic/or certain stimulant, and use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. Total bond was set at $5,000. Gann was confined at the time of this report.
Kimberlea Becklund, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 24, 2024, at approximately 4:51 PM in the 600 block of Bluemont. Becklund was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for criminal threat. Total bond was set at $5,000. Becklund was not confined at the time of this report.
