Manhattan, Kan. -

Randy Thrasher, 53, of Manhattan was arrested on October 30, 2024, at approximately 9:16 a.m. on a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation. Thrasher was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Nichole Cochrun, 26, of Manhattan was arrested on October 30, 2024, at approximately 2:50 p.m. on a United States Marshalls warrant for uniform criminal extradition. Cochrun was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Johnnae Bisio, 24, of Junction City was arrested on October 30, 2024, at approximately 4:15 p.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, interference with law enforcement and possession of marijuana. Bisio was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for rape and aggravated criminal sodomy in Manhattan on October 31, 2024, at approximately 2:32 a.m. An 18-year-old woman was listed as the victim and an unknown man was listed as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
