Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a report of larceny from a motor vehicle on September 17, 2024, at approximately 10:44 AM in the 700 block of Pecan Circle.  Officers listed a 54-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown subject stole tools from her work truck over the weekend. Total estimated loss associated with this report is $2,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Ryan Inglett, 38, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 17, 2024, at approximately 3:38 PM in the 700 block of Colorado Street. Inglett was arrested on the probable cause offenses of use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body and violation of a protection order. Total bond was set at $9,000. Inglett was confined at the time of this report.

Mahboooba Babrakzai, 39, was arrested on September 17, 2024, at approximately 9:36 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Babrakzai was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge in this matter is for aggravated arson stemming from a report filed in July of 2022. Total bond was set at $100,000.
