Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of Harvard Place on May 1, 2024, at approximately 8:58 AM.  Officers listed S&S Development, Inc., as the victim when it was reported an unknown subject threw a large rock through a double paned window. Estimated total loss is $1,200. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.


Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Riley Ave., in Ogden on May 1, 2024, at approximately 10:28 AM.  Officers listed a 35-year-old male as the victim when it was reported the roof and windshield of his Infinity was damaged by a known subject.  Officers estimated the loss to be over $1,000. 


Tiffany Fernandez, 42, of Topeka was arrested on May 1, 2024, in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road at approximately 6:25 PM.  Fernandez was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation.  The original charge in this matter was for theft. Total bond was set at $10,000. Fernandez was confined at the time of this report.


Damion Huff, 28, of Manhattan was arrested on May 1, 2024, in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road at approximately 12:50 PM. Huff was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation.  The original charge in this matter was for interference with a law enforcement officer. Total bond was set at $5,000. Huff was not confined at the time of this report.
