Terron Maples, Jr., 22, of Kansas City, MO, was arrested in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road on April 26, 2024, at approximately 5:30 PM. Maples Jr. was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charge was for theft. Total bond was set at $15,000. Maples Jr. was confined at the time of this report.
Tyler Hodges., 39 of Wamego, was arrested in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road on April 26, 2024, at approximately 8:10 PM. Hodges was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charges were for aggravated battery, violation of a protective order, and domestic battery. Total bond was set at $10,000. Hodges was confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of felony theft in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave on April 27, 2024, at approximately 1:20 PM. Officers listed Wal-Mart as the victim when it was reported a male and female duo shoplifted approximately $2,700 worth of merchandise via distraction. Courtney Hoyt, 38, of Manhattan was arrested in the 1000 block of Vattier Street, on April 27, 2024, at approximately 8:49 PM. Hoyt was arrested on probable cause offenses of interference with a LEO, possession of opiate/opium/narcotic/ or certain stimulant, use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, and possession of hallucinogenic drug. Total bond was set at $10,000. Hoyt was confined at the time of this report.
