Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Walters Drive in Manhattan on November 14, 2023, around 11:45 AM. Officers listed Eisenhower Middle School as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect used a plastic stool to damage a wall in a classroom. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500. 

Cordarius Gowdy, 21, of Ogden was arrested while confined in the Riley County Jail on November 14, 2023, around 4:29 PM. Gowdy was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Gowdy was issued no bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail. 

Aaron Finch, 36, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1700 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard in Manhattan on November 14, 2023, around 1:45 PM. Finch was arrested on probable cause offenses of possession of marijuana, criminal use of weapons, and criminal possession of a weapon by a felon. Finch was issued a total bond of $8,000 and was confined at the time of this report. 

Grant Molinar, 36, of Topeka was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 14, 2023, around 11:50 AM. Molinar was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Molinar was issued a total bond of $25,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
