Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Murray Road and Skyway Drive in Manhattan on November 6, 2023, around 7:00 AM. When officers arrived on scene they found a grey 2020 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Thomas Reust, 51, of Manhattan had crashed with a black 2005 Suzuki Boulevard driven by Albert Huerta, 57, of Manhattan. Huerta was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 1200 block of Centennial Drive in Manhattan on November 6, 2023, around 7:32 PM. Officers listed a 20-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect had taken his Dell Inspiron Laptop. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,100.
