Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 300 block of Bluemont Avenue in Manhattan on October 18, 2023, around 3:16 PM. Officers listed a 71-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect swerved with his vehicle at the victim while in the crosswalk.
Kimberly Kilgore, 36, of Lawrence was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 18, 2023, around 11:10 AM. Kilgore was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Kilgore was issued a total bond of $5,521 and was not confined at the time of this report.
