Officers listed a 50-year-old female, a 53-year-old female, a 57-year-old female, a 61-year-old male, and a 23-year-old female as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect in a truck hit several vehicles with a stick while driving by. Officers listed two 22-year-old males as the victims when it was reported an unknown male suspect pulled a gun out after an argument and made physical contact with one victim and the weapon. Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery in the 500 block of Stone Drive in Manhattan on October 15, 2023, around 3:37 AM. Officers listed a 23-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his black 12-Rifle Radical Firearm and accessories. Raynell Bracey, 30, of Manhattan was arrested while near the intersection of Anderson Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. on October 13, 2023, around 6:34 PM. Bracey was arrested on a probable cause offense of violating the Offender Registration Act. Bracey was issued a total bond of $15,000 and was not confined at the time of this report.
