Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a domestic battery report in the 200 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. A 46-year-old woman listed as a victim reported that a 51-year-old man battered her. Tracy Moore, 51, of Adel, IA, was arrested on April 18, 2025, at approximately 4:06 p.m. in the 200 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Moore was transported and confined in the Pottawatomie County Jail with a bond of $25,000.

Kaiden Burton, 22, of Wamego, KS, was arrested in Pottawatomie County at approximately 3:16 p.m. for a Riley County District Court warrant for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Burton was issued a total bond of $1000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
