Manhattan, Kan. -
Landon Bearce, 22, of Manhattan was arrested on February 6, 2025, at approximately 9:00 AM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Bearce was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for: Possession of stolen property; value less than $1,500 (3 counts),theft by deception; $1,500 or less from 3 businesses in 72 hours, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, burglary (2 counts),criminal use of weapons, defacing identification marks on a firearm, use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, criminal use of a financial card (2 counts),attempted theft by deception, computer unlawful acts (4 counts),identity theft (4 counts). Total bond was set at $50,000. Bearce was confined at the time of this report.
William Pauly, 34, of Wamego, was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation (3 counts). The original charge in this matter was for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Total bond was set t $7,000. Pauly was confined at the time of this report.
