Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property in the 1500 block of Oxford Place on January 31, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM.  Officers listed a 19-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown subject had keyed his 2024 Kia Forte GT. Total estimated loss associated with this report exceeds $1,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Leslie Young, 26, of Manhattan, was arrested on January 31, 2025, at approximately 8:45 AM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Young was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for burglary, theft of property or services ($1,500-$25,000), criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass.  Total bond was set at $8,000. Young was confined at the time of this report.

Brittany Conrad, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested on January 31, 2025, at approximately 8:45 AM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Conrad was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for burglary, theft of property or services ($1,500-$25,000), criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass.  Total bond was set at $32,000. Conrad was confined at the time of this report.

Cassandra Potter, 52, of Manhattan, was arrested on January 31, 2025, at approximately 4:35 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Potter was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation x 2. The original charges in this matter are theft and criminal trespass. Total bond was set at $18,000. Potter was confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report of aggravated domestic battery and aggravated intimidation of a witness on February 1, 2025, at approximately 1:58 PM.  Gage Ellis, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested in Manhattan at approximately 3:14 PM on the probable cause offenses listed above. Total bond was set at $20,000. Ellis was confined at the time of this report. Due to the nature of this crime, no other details will be released at this time.

Kortisha Meeks, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested on February 1, 2025, at approximately 9:25 PM in Manhattan. Meeks was arrested on for the probable cause offenses of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Total bond was set at $1,000. Meeks was confined at the time of this report. Due to the nature of this crime, no other information will be released at this time.

Cesar Vaquero, 21, of Fort Riley, was arrested on February 2, 2025, at approximately 3:19 AM in the 1100 block of Moro Street. Vaquero was arrested on the probable cause offense of criminal threat. Total bond was set at $5,000. Vaquero was confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report of criminal use of a financial card on February 2, 2025, at approximately 4:53 PM in the 3000 block of Claflin Road.  Officers listed a 47-year-old female as the victim when it was reported her debit card had been used several times for unauthorized purchases by an unknown subject.  Total loss associated with this report is approximately $2,000.
