Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft on December 12, 2024, at approximately 1:18 PM in the 1200 block of Thurston Street. Officers listed 22-year-old male as the victim when it was reported his 2003 Chevy Silverado was stolen by an unknown subject overnight. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $4,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report of aggravated assault on December 12, 2024, at approximately 5:02 PM in the 1100 block of Bluemont Ave. Officers listed four victims; a 41-year-old female of Manhattan, a 36-year-old male of Manhattan, a 22-year-old female of Junction City, and a 15-year-old female of Manhattan. Officers report an unknown subject lifted his shirt to reveal a gun directed at the group.
