Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report of criminal thread and interference with an LEO x 3 on August 8, 2024, at approximately 9:36 AM in the 600 block of S. Delaware Ave. Officers listed a 42-year-old male as the victim when it was reported the subject made multiple threats to him. Officers later arrested David Lingle, II, 40, of Denver, Colorado, on the aforementioned charges. Total bond was set at $15,000. Lingle was not confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of aggravated assault on August 8, 2024, at approximately 9:07 PM in the 500 block of Pierre Street. Officers listed a 29-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a known male threatened him with a gun.
Michael Cleveland, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 8, 2024, at approximately 4:08 PM in the 600 block of S. Delaware Street. Cleveland was arrested on a Riely County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge in this matter is for identity theft. Total bond was set at $8,000. Cleveland was not confined at the time of this report.
Angel Morgan, 39, of Junction City, was arrested on August 8, 2024, at approximately 5:39 PM in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Morgan was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges were for possession of meth and forgery. Total bond was set at $40,000. Morgan was confined at the time of this report.
