Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report of criminal destruction of property in the 1300 block of Laramie Street on June 27, 2024, at approximately 4:34 PM. Officers listed the City of Manhattan as the victim when it was discovered footage of an unknown male tampering with the elevator. Total loss associated with this report is $2,600. Officers filed a report of aggravated battery at the corner of Riley Ave and N. Elm Street in Ogden on June 27, 2024, at approximately 10:32 PM. Officers listed a 32-year-old male as the victim when it was reported he had been involved in a physical altercation with a known subject. The victim was transported via EMS to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.
Officers filed a report of criminal destruction of property in the 3600 block of Cottonwood Circle on June 28, 2024, at approximately 4:51 AM. Officers listed a 75-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown male was attempting to gain access to the residence causing approximately $1,500 worth of damage to the garage door. Demetrius Ivory, Jr., 31, of Ogden, was arrested on June 27, 2024, at approximately 11:23 PM at the corner of Riley Ave and N. Elm Street in Ogden. Ivory was arrested on the probable cause offense of aggravated battery. Total bond was set at $20,000. Ivory was confined at the time of this report.
