Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report of criminal destruction of property in the 2600 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd on April 24, 2024, at approximately 1:19 PM. Officers listed a 70-yeal-old male as the victim when it was reported upon checking on his stored motorhome he discovered damage consisting of a compartment on the motorhome being forced open by an unknown suspect. Estimated damage to the motorhome is $2,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
Amy Roth, 38, of Manhattan was arrested on April 24, 2024, at approximately 8:14 AM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Roth was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges in this matter were for residential burglary, criminal trespass- posted, locked, or fenced, and criminal trespass- defiance of order. Total bond was set at $12,000. Roth was confined at the time of this report.
Tyreek Toliver, 23, of Manhattan was arrested on April 24, 2024, at approximately 9:28 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Toliver was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges were for interference with an LEO and flee/elude. Total bond was set at $16,000. Toliver was not confined at the time of this report.
Nathaniel Young, 37, of Manhattan was arrested on April 24, 2024 at approximately 11:00 PM in the 300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Young was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated domestic battery and criminal threat. Total bond in this matter was set at $7,500. Young was not confined at the time of this report.
