Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report of theft in the 400 block of E. Poyntz Ave on April 10, 2024, at approximately 1:01 PM. Officers listed a 69-year-old female as the victim when it was reported her phone was taken from her place of employment. Total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,100. Ronald Haywood, Jr., was arrested in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road on April 10, 2024, at approximately 12:18 PM. Haywood was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charge in this matter was for a violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act. Bond was set at $50,000 and Haywood was confined at the time of this report.
