Parker was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for stalking (x6) and violating a protection order (x6). Parker was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was not confined at the time of this report.
Charles Kendrick, 39, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 28, 2023, around 1:57 PM. Kendrick was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for theft, failure to appear (x2), and probation violation. Kendrick was issued a total bond of $13,065 and was confined at the time of this report.
Asia Stallings, 23, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 28, 2023, around 10:00 AM. Stallings was arrested on a probable cause offense of aggravated domestic battery. Stallings was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
