  • This is not an emergency
  • The incident occurred in Manhattan or Riley County
  • You have a valid email address
  • The suspect is unknown
  • No guns, weapons, hazardous materials, threats to public safety, medication, stolen vehicles, or items stolen from a vehicle involved
