To protect the inmates in our care and our corrections staff, routine in-person jail visitation is suspended until further notice as a precaution due to COVID-19.

Free video visitation will continue to be available in the lobby of the Riley County Police Department from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Staff will be routinely disinfecting the lobby area. Visitors are required to wear a face covering.

Video visitation from your home will also continue to be available at a reduced rate through Inmate Canteen:

The Riley County Jail is open for visitation twice a week. Visitors must arrive early to sign in before visitation is granted. On Sunday the sign up begins at noon, visitation then starts at 1:00 PM. Wednesday sign up begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 7:00 PM with visitation beginning at 7:00 PM. Visitors must bring a government photo ID for sign up. Visitors that arrive after sign up ends will not be granted visitation.
