The Riley County Police Department only offers fingerprinting for Concealed Carry Licensing. We do not offer fingerprinting services for employment purposes or background checks. For Concealed Carry License Fingerprinting, you will come to the Riley County Police Department located at 1001 S Seth Child Rd. in Manhattan, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Other agencies in Manhattan may offer fingerprinting services for employment and other purposes. Fingerprint cards are available at the Kansas State Licensing Office located at 13 Bluemont Hall. The K-State Campus Police Department does offer fingerprinting; however, there may be a charge for the service. For more information contact the K-State Campus Police Department at (785) 532-6412.
